The Manager Practice Quality leads a team focused on driving practice quality reforms and improvements in guardianship and investigations related functions through front line practice and service delivery, and special projects.

Key responsibilities: Leads and manages a state-wide team with functions including: Practice quality and practice development Quality review activities Pre QCAT hearing advocacy and advocacy to uphold National Standards for Public Guardianship Special projects in front line service delivery Leads and develops specific projects to promote evidence-based, high-quality services to clients, for example, guardianship intake services.
Uses data to inform practice quality improvement and practice development activities, and make recommendations regarding staff training and development needs.
Manages the financial and human resources within the team to ensure compliance with relevant delegations, legislation, and directives, and the delivery of high-quality practice and service delivery.
Fosters a strong client service focus in all activities, by establishing collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provides high-level advice on legislation, policy and practice to the Director Strategy and Practice Quality.
There are no mandatory qualifications; however, possession of relevant tertiary qualifications in a human services or allied health related field will be highly regarded.
