The Manager Policy and Legislation operates in a complex, dynamic, and politically sensitive environment and is accountable for the management of the legislative review program and for ensuring high-quality advice is provided to the Environment Protection Authority and across the South Australian Government. The incumbent works with government and industry in developing solutions to minimise impacts and risks to the community.The Manager Policy and Legislation may represent the EPA or the Government on committees and other groups at the state or national levels as required. The role will also manage intergovernmental relations and provide high-level advice on the impact of national policies on the state's strategic plans and operations.About UsThe Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is South Australia's independent environment protection regulator.
