As the Manager Performance & Reward, you will be at the forefront of implementing global strategies, policies, tools, and guidelines at a country level. This role includes managing the People Data & Insights Centre of Excellence, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are aligned with our business objectives and regulatory requirements. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
Proactively contribute to the P&C leadership team forums, PCC forums and other leadership and decision-making forums as required Prepare execution plan for the team to deliver on strategy, including team operation plans Develop, implement and harmonize Performance & Reward policies, guidelines and tools that are globally aligned, locally authentic and in accordance with country reward strategy ensuring regulatory Manage VGA participation in market salary & benefits surveys at a country level. Lead the annualised salary review process in concert with P&C and business leaders Manage and review current benefits and implement new employee benefit offerings in line with strategy Coach and guide P&C Business Partners and relevant people leaders regarding policies, methodologies, and tools. Support other P&C teams with compensation and benefit escalation issues and questions as necessary Consult, participate, and support strategic projects and initiatives (led by Global Group People & Culture), including giving feedback on country requirements. Initiate and ensure communication of country policies and guidelines and communication at a country level of Corporate/Global policies/strategies/processes. Manage regular completion and review of job evaluations in line with Global/Group P&C job architecture. Represent the P&C brand with care, professionalism, and a customer service orientation. Who are you?Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:
You will have a well-rounded understanding of Human Resources, as well as the expertise in designing and leading compensation and benefits programs. You'll have a proven track record of partnering with diverse stakeholders to achieve alignment and cohesion with your high-level communication skills. Experience working in a global matrix organisation would be highly advantegeous. You'll have a strong understanding of organisational culture, leadership, reward & performance, and the relevant systems. .  What's in it for you?We offer a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus you will enjoy:
