About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manager, People &Culture to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Head ofBusiness Partnering, this role will have the following keyresponsibilities:
Work with Partners and staff in allocated client groups, toidentify, develop and implement solutions across a range ofP&C functions including; workforce planning, remuneration,performance, talent management, recruitment and generalemployee relations.
Provide consistent delivery of operational and strategicP&C advice to allocated client groups, ensuring allPartners and staff receive professional, timely, responsive andaccurate advice.
This role will also contribute to People & CultureProjects and the implementation of market leading strategies toattract and retain the best talent for Maddocks. As a P&C Teamwe strive to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Thisis a truly unique opportunity to join our collegiate team, whereyou will be able to develop and learn from seasoned HR Leaders.
About you
In order to be successful in this role, you will have thefollowing skills and experience:
Strong understanding of HR functions and contemporaryissues in HR management
5+ years' experience in HR within a law firm orprofessional services environment as a trusted businesspartner
Degree qualified in HR or a relevant discipline
Strong IT skills with experience in working with data todevelop engaging reports
Most importantly you will be a team player who is looking topartner with the team and wider business to deliver key peopleprograms.
