Located in the CBD and working under the direction of an approachable and highly experienced manager you will be nurtured and supported to become the best that you can be.
The role will be responsible for the processing of payroll for the business.
You will work report to the Finance Manager and work closely with the team to ensure all aspects of Payroll are maintained & delivered.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:  End to end processing of company's payroll Preparation of code and process journals, remit monthly superannuation contributions and various payroll related reports Reconciliation of payroll related general ledger Termination and redundancy calculations and end of year processing and reconciliation including payment summaries Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll and human resource matters Applicants should have previous experience within Payroll, ideally within a corporate background.
You will be familiar with all facets of Australian employment law including experience managing employment relations .
To be considered you will have: Minimum 3 to 5 years Payroll experience Payroll systems and payroll regulations Detailed knowledge of and practical experience in current Australian employment legislation, Awards Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility with the business and global team You are able to work autonomously and have excellent attention to detail.
