Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with the following qualifications/experience:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business or other relevant degree – preferably with management experience.Certificate IV – Work, Health and Safety or at least 1 year working/managing a WHS portfolio. Sound understanding of Federal and State HR legislation, frameworks, award interpretation and application.Previous experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements with a UnionPrior experience undertaking workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary meetings and mediation processes.Demonstrated experience building high performing teams.Demonstrated experience providing technical advice and operational support to managers.
