About the Role We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Manager - Parliament and PAEC within our Governance and Portfolio Services team. As a skilled manager, this role involves leading the preparation, coordination, and delivery of annual Public Accounts and Estimates Committee hearings for DTP's portfolio Ministers and the Secretary. Additionally, you'll spearhead the coordination and delivery of parliamentary business and processes, including managing parliamentary questions, adjournment debates, and constituency questions for Ministers.
The ideal candidate will own, manage, and enhance the technology solutions and processes supporting our team's functions. Collaboration with Ministers' offices, the Secretary's office, and the broader Executive Team is crucial to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely service delivery to portfolio Ministers and their agencies.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities 
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality PAEC briefings, manage parliamentary inquiries, and provide support to the Ministerial and Government Services branch. Your expertise will drive efficiency and quality in parliamentary services, while also overseeing technology systems and fostering collaboration across the portfolio. With your leadership, our team will excel in delivering effective governance and parliamentary processes.

• Digital and Technological Literacy - Guides other in operating digital and technology tools relevant to area of work. Understands the impact of internal IT landscape to daily operations; Has broad understanding on implementation activities related to the introduction and ongoing maintenance of new digital and technology tools
Qualifications and Experience
Desirable 
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience to the role.
