Join us in driving transformation in leadership, culture, and talent development.Key Result AreasBusiness Development: Drive growth strategy by identifying new opportunities to expand services and drive revenue growth.Leadership & Mentoring Programs: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and mentoring initiatives, ensuring they meet client goals and deliver measurable outcomes.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and building strong, lasting partnerships.Collaborative Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of consultants fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture while supporting their professional development.Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality results.Strategic Oversight: Provide data-driven insights and strategic thinking to continuously improve our programs and align them with emerging client needs and industry trends.Executive Coaching: Facilitate the matching process for coaches and coachees, providing tailored executive coaching to senior leaders.Your experience and track recordHave a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven expertise in business development, with a track record of driving growth and sales in a consulting environment.You are an exceptional communicator: clear and concise in both written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to write high quality business proposals and tenders.Strategic thinker: Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth to support the global strategy.Extensive experience in consulting within organisational development, leadership, and culture change initiatives.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.Proficiency in program design, evaluation, and data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement of leadership and mentoring programs.A strong understanding of organisational psychology principles and evidence-based practices.You are innovative and can provide thought leadership on people, culture and organisational dynamics.You bring energy and enthusiasm for strong collaboration throughout the project design and delivery process.You have the flexibility to travel.This role is based in Perth, and applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
