Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you will play a leadership role in a wide range of exciting opportunities to strengthen leadership and employee capability, and maintain engagement and alignment, including:
Learning strategy development and delivery Leadership development Competency framework development and implementation Organisational culture, employee alignment and engagement Employee wellbeing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) This position will also lead and manage organisational change initiatives to ensure alignment of the enterprise change approach with change partner project support to ensure successful implementation, employee adoption, and benefit realisation.
About You Here's what we're looking for in our new leader:
Extensive experience across Organisational Development, Learning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, shaping strategy and programs and successfully delivering outcomes in a rapidly changing environment. Experience leading successful business process change linked to technology, organisational development and learning programs, working across multiple business units and stakeholders to deliver an integrated view linked to business strategy.
