Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation providing a comprehensive range of free and low-cost health, wellbeing and community services in early childhood, youth, families, adults, aged and disability.
Covering an area of over 1700 km2 from Sunbury to beyond the borders of Macedon Ranges Shire our 200+ staff and 70+ volunteers are based across four sites at Kyneton, Romsey and Sunbury. The organisation has a proud history of delivering community health services to the region for over 40 years.

About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, community-minded senior dentist with clinical management experience to join our Oral Health Services unit. The position presents an opportunity to work within a diverse dental team, which values quality professionals and excellence in clinical care. The role includes both a clinical component and the responsibility for managing the Oral Health Services unit. As a clinical manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and review of high-quality services.
The manager will ensure excellent clinical standards are maintained across all modes of delivery, including in the clinic, outreach services to childcare centres, including Smile Squad. Our team consists of dentists, dental therapists, oral health therapists, experienced dental assistants and a supportive team leader. Our clinic is well equipped with digital radiographs, rotary endodontic equipment, surgical handpieces, digital photography and telehealth.
Responsibilities
Managers are required to undertake responsibility for the organisation of the department and the supervision of staff and/or to manage service wide program outcomes. A Manager position may be responsible for a program across a few sites, or be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team structure, can perform work across a number of sites or a department/program for a single professional stream.
