About the role Are you passionate about Operational excellence? The City of Kalgoorlie Boulder is looking for an Operations Manager who can bring innovation, efficiency, and dedication to our team. We are currently seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our Engineering Department in the role of Manager Operations reporting to the Director Engineering. The Manager Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the City's Operations teams located at the City's works Depot which includes: Roads maintenance Parks Maintenance Fleet Management Workshop Sports Turf Maintenance Roads construction Reserve Maintenance Golf Course maintenance This position involves managing a number of works teams and ensuring the highest standards possible whilst being accountable for a multi-million dollar budget. We are looking for a strong leader that has well-developed Strategic Leadership, Team Management, Project Management, Community Engagement and Continuous Improvement skills.
