We are open to hybrid and remote work (from the UK) or we can offer you a place in one of our offices if you prefer.Responsibilities: Operational Technology (OT) and Telecommunications Lead and manage the Operational Technology and Telecommunications team. Strategy and growth planning. Client and Project ownership and signoff. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OT systems and telecommunication infrastructures. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of OT and ICT systems. Ensure robust security measures are in place for OT and telecommunication systems. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for OT projects. Monitor and evaluate the performance of OT systems and propose improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to OT and telecommunications. Business development and industry networking Requirements: Experience and Skills Proven experience in managing Operational Technology and Telecommunications systems. Strong understanding of OT system architectures and telecommunication networks. Strategic planning, growing and scaling teams. Client liaison and development. Project management and delivery. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management and strategic planning. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
