Manager Open Space and Environment
(Three-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
Annual Base Salary: $121,029 to $128,146 per annum

The City of Victor Harbor is on the hunt for a passionate leader to manage its busy Open Space and Environment Team, a critical front-facing arm of Council.
We're looking for someone with expertise in a broad range of fields, including but not limited to landscaping, aboriculture, playground safety standards, irrigation and water conservation, conservation, biodiversity, climate change mitigation and adaptation and natural asset management.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be someone who:
has exceptional leadership skills, bringing innovation and inspiration to teams
is experienced in the management of financial matters and budgets
can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, Council Members, residents, community organisations and contractors
genuinely wants to achieve the best outcomes for Victor Harbor
