Your new companyAs the leader in workforce development initiatives for our industries, Services and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA) collaborates with industry, union, and government stakeholders to identify and articulate current and future employment trends and develop solutions that best serve the needs of the Arts, Personal Services, Retail, Tourism and Hospitality sectors.Your new roleYou will report to the Director of Insights & Planning.Responsibilities:Conduct and analyse data research and generate reports to communicate these findings.Oversee and project manage the team's research and reporting processes.Integrate industry feedback and data to develop and adapt policy solutions.Liaise with industry experts and research organisations to capture insights.What you'll need to succeedDemonstrated experience in economic and labour market topics particularly within the national and state policy context.Experience in developing research, analysis, report writing, and communicating findings to senior and junior audiences.Project management experience and the ability to balance and contribute to multiple concurrent projects.Experience engaging with VET policy through relevant education or training government bodies.Relationship/Stakeholder management skills and ideally a network within the VET sector.Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Policy research or a related discipline.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.Contact Andy Sundberg at Hays Executive to discuss this opportunity in the strictest of confidence.E: ******: (+61) 2 8226 9630
