The role is central to leading the development and implementation of mobile applications for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and continuing through to Production Support and ongoing optimization.Permanent role in Digital domain - Technology team of Retirement Solutions businessParramatta based candidates preferred, but open to Melbourne location as wellKey Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the mobile development team, ensuring best practices and high coding standards are maintained.Lead the design and architecture of mobile applications, making informed decisions on technology stack and ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Apply industry best practice and prior experience to define opportunities to increase delivery velocity, app security, and operational excellence.Hands-on development using Xamarin, MAUI or React Native, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
