Metropolitan North Region is seeking a Manager, Student Wellbeing Workforce, for a 12 months temporary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day management of the Student Wellbeing Workforce in the region, including management of staff, resource allocation, provision of high level advice to regional leaders, formulation of policy and development of corporate strategies.

Your Role:You will report to the Director Student Services, Metropolitan North Region.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring continuity of appropriate service delivery in schools supporting students experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.Management of Senior Advisors and Supervisors across the range of professionals employed within the Student Wellbeing Workforce including Psychology, Social Work, Guidance Officers and Youth Workers.Providing advice aligning with relevant policy and procedures to regional leaders, and instigating the development of guidelines, rules, regulations, procedures or instructions for staff.Collaborating with others to analyse organisational design and formulate strategic plans for staff and organisational development as required.About You:Ideally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including communication to lead your team, developed time management to manage competing priorities, qualifications relevant to the Student Wellbeing Package and have previous experience in leading teams.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
