Key ResponsibilitiesShowcase your marketing analytics experience in this unique role at NAB!Pioneer thought leadership for the design and delivery of campaign performance9 month fixed term contract opportunityAs a Manager, Marketing Performance Measurement in the Customer Decisioning and Data Science Unit, you will: Manage a team of analytics professionals to deliver measurement capabilities across marketingManage the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives (end to end) that increases the performance capability across MarketingDrive the use of sophisticated and innovative tools and methods providing data driven measurement solutions to support strategic decision making across Marketing and Product teamsDeliver on the design, build and maintenance of the data assets and visualisation required to ensure consistent, automated measurement across marketingLead and deliver best in class technical and data capability across marketing with a primary focus on 1 to 1 measurement that enables scalable automated solutionsCoach analytics teams on the use of performance data across Marketing squadsDeliver on our Target State measurement capability in cloud infrastructureExcel at being a thought leader and subject matter expert that delivers on the Marketing Performance Measurement roadmapWhat you will bring: Extensive experience in marketing and analytics in Financial Services or related industryStrong leadership capability and the ability to motivate and develop the teamExpertise in SQL/Python programming languages as well as data visualisation tools such as Power BIDemonstrated data analytic skills, working with complex data assets along with knowledge in the use of data platforms e.g. AWS Redshift or DatabricksStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong communications skills, able to convey complex messages in a simple and effective mannerExperience with delivery using Agile frameworksIf you have a background in statistics this is advantageous, as well as Project Management experience and an understanding of integrated marketing and digital landscapeA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
