As a Manager, Marketing Performance Measurement in the Customer Decisioning and Data Science Unit, you will:
Manage a team of analytics professionals to deliver measurement capabilities across marketing.Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives (end to end) that increases the performance capability across Marketing.Drive the use of sophisticated and innovative tools and methods providing data driven measurement solutions to support strategic decision making across Marketing and Product teams.Deliver on the design, build and maintenance of the data assets and visualisation required to ensure consistent, automated measurement across marketing.Lead and deliver best in class technical and data capability across marketing with a primary focus on 1 to 1 measurement that enables scalable automated solutions.Coach analytics teams on the use of performance data across Marketing squads.Deliver on our Target State measurement capability in cloud infrastructure.Excel at being a thought leader and subject matter expert that delivers on the Marketing Performance Measurement roadmap.What you will bring: Extensive experience in marketing and analytics in Financial Services or related industry.Strong leadership capability and the ability to motivate and develop the team.Expertise in SQL/Python programming languages as well as data visualisation tools such as Power BI.Demonstrated data analytic skills, working with complex data assets along with knowledge in the use of data platforms e.g. AWS Redshift or Databricks.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong communications skills, able to convey complex messages in a simple and effective manner.Experience with delivery using Agile frameworks.If you have a background in statistics this is advantageous, as well as Project Management experience and an understanding of integrated marketing and digital landscape.
