The role: As the Manager, Marketing, you'll spearhead our global marketing strategy, driving impactful campaigns that propel our business forward.
Leading a high-performing team, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to generate leads, boost content awareness, and exceed revenue targets.
Your strategic vision will be instrumental in aligning marketing efforts with our broader business goals, ensuring cohesive execution across all channels.
This pivotal role will position you at the forefront of customer acquisition and user engagement initiatives, shaping our marketing approach in Australia, the UK and US.
Your innovative strategies and leadership will enhance our brand presence and contribute to our mission of transforming education through technology.
Please note that this is a maternity cover with a start date of 1 April. What you'll do: Drive the global marketing strategy, implementing and executing on successful and innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness, product adoption and generate leads through both traditional and digital channelsLead and develop the marketing team, fostering professional growth, and enhancing team capabilities and high performanceCollaborate with product, growth, sales, customer success and content teams to create engaging marketing materials and align strategies with organisational goalsAnalyse campaign performance, track ROI, and optimise marketing efforts based on data-driven insightsDevelop and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging across all marketing channelsOversee major marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and industry conferences, while supervising social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience growthOversee the creation of educational marketing materials, including blog posts, copy, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies to position ClickView as a thought leaderManage the marketing budget and resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI and achieve growth objectivesWhat you'll bring: 5+ years experience in a similar position, from a technology-based businessExperience in EdTech or working with educators will be highly regardedStrong leadership experience with the ability to lead, motivate and inspireExpertise in acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, including event management and social mediaExperience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, with an understanding of the sales cycleExceptional communication skills, organisation and time management skillsStrong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence decision making on key strategic initiativesHigh level of collaboration and ability to work across different teams and time zonesA self-starter, driven by accountability and an outcome-focused approach.What we offer: Extra paid Wellbeing and Volunteering leave - to care for yourself and othersFlexible working hours and arrangements - to accommodate for different working preferences and personal situations100 days working from anywhere - work remotely from a different location for up to 100 calendar days per yearEmployee discounts - we offer all employee's access to a wide range of discounts through FlareHR to support their wellbeing and financial healthLearning and Development budgets - access to LinkedIn Learning, along with professional opportunities made available to all our teams, so you can continue growing to be the best youWellbeing Policy - with access to EAP and wellbeing apps, we put your mental health and wellbeing at the forefront of what we do ?Generous parental leave policy - we offer an additional 16 week's full payRegular social events and conferences - we celebrate the hard work of our team with regular catered social events, conferences across all offices, amazing harbour front office views, and free snacks daily#J-18808-Ljbffr
