About The Role
You'll make an impact by leading the Capability team to deliver a contemporary learning and development function to support the Department of Justice and Attorney General's strategic business objectives.
Some of your responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Learning and Development Strategy.
Plan and manage innovative and efficient learning solutions projects and ensure business benefit realisation.
Lead and undertake learning needs analysis, plans, instructional design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation to support target learning outcomes.
Apply high level skills to communicate effectively, consult, advise and negotiate persuasively, while building and maintaining productive working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Lead, coach, motivate and develop the learning and development team to deliver best practice outcomes.
