About the RoleAs a Manager KYC Centre of Excellence, you will have a unique opportunity to lead a newly established KYC Centre of Excellence team within Business Banking. Your role is responsible for the onboarding of complex non-individual customers, managing stakeholder relationships across the value chain on KYC related topics, providing business context and input into KYC system changes, building capability and delivering a KYC onboarding experience that supports both our regulatory obligations whilst ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your role will oversee the running of a team of subject matter experts in ACIP (Applicable Customer Identification Procedures) and KYC (Know Your Customer) - which underpins Suncorp Bank's obligation to protecting our customers.
As a Manager, you are also responsible for co-creating the design of processes and delivering of change that enhances and maintains Suncorp Bank's KYC practices.

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Undergraduate degree in business, commerce or finance disciplines is desirableComprehensive knowledge of AML/CTF, specific to KYC is desirable.Extensive years' experience in BankingProven experience in roles requiring high level stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaborationDemonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, commercial, analytical and presentationProject Management and/or business analysis experienceYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
