Job Title: IT Infrastructure LeadSalary: $140,000 - $145,000 + SuperKey Accountabilities:Providing expert advice and contributing to the IT strategic directionDeveloping and executing long-term infrastructure strategiesManaging Service Desk activities and managing hardware and software assetsManaging the organisations server and network infrastructureProviding high-quality end user experience through effective SOEEnsuring the continued availability of IT servicesAssuming full accountability for IT security postureLeading the design and execution of IT operational policies and frameworksEstablishing strategic vendor partnershipsYou will have x2 direct reports in this role.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in a leadership role managing IT operations, including IT Support/Infrastructure teamsDemonstrated ability to undertake all activities within the infrastructure lifecycleExperience implementing contemporary IT operational strategies, concepts and practicesSignificant experience in Microsoft technologies: AD/AAD/Entra, Group Policy, Exchange, Office 365 and AzureExperience building a strong service culture, developing individuals and leading distributed teamsUnderstanding of cyber security principles and best practicesAbout the Organisation:This organisation is the largest vocational education provider in regional Victoria, with a focus on building a better community by inspiring people to succeed.
