Reporting to the Director, International Partnerships, the Manager, International Partnerships (Strategic Projects, Growth & Support) is responsible for high-level management, support, and strategic advice to the University by evaluating prospective international partnerships in education and research and where appropriate implement new projects (including partnership development) and initiatives that meet the University's strategic plans and College targets.
This role will see you working closely with the senior leadership team of Flinders International to identify partnership opportunities and develop holistic implementation plans for optimum long-term collaboration growth and success and has a strong focus on oversight of international partnerships including the development of performance reports, briefings and business cases for commercial and academic purposes. By monitoring and identifying developments in international education you will also take responsibility for informing stakeholders as appropriate, with a focus on ensuring appropriate due diligence in research and analysis that ensures high quality outcomes that further enhance the University's reputation and commercial returns.

With proven comprehensive knowledge of relevant University international education programs, systems, policies, legislation and trends in international student services, sector wide and locally, nationally and internationally, to be successful in this role you will also demonstrate:
High-level cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills including experience in working with senior levels of an organisation and people from other cultures. The ability to collaborate, motivate and influence internal stakeholders around the development of nuanced country strategies in relation to partnership selection and management. Exemplary analytical skills enabling the formulation and implementation of practical and/or innovative solutions to complex problems. Proven experience in developing and implementing proposals, business plans, and content for agreements and contracts within a higher international education context with expertise in transnational education.
