This role provides an outstanding opportunity to be a leader within a highly regarded team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Managing a supportive team, you will have the opportunity to experience an extensive range of different industries, working closely with some of South Australia's iconic businesses. Our team specialises in a range of engagements, giving stakeholders independent and objective assurance on financial information, transactions and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting through to the Partners of the Audit Division overall responsibility for a portfolio of the firm's audit clients.Develop and maintain relationships with the firm's audit clients.Responsibility for overseeing the planning and execution of audit work of assigned clients.Review work of audit team members to ensure compliance with the overall methodology and auditing standards.Monitor the completion of work for which you are responsible to ensure that it remains within both time and budgetary constraints.Preparation of deliverables including audit closing reports.Attendance at Committee and Board meetings where required to present audit findings.Provide leadership to the audit team in all aspects of day-to-day operations.Provide on-the-job feedback and training to audit team members on a client-by-client basis.Build the motivation of staff and foster an understanding of common goals.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouProven technical skills in accounting and audit.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar discipline, a CA qualification.3+ years experience managing, guiding and supervising the work of a team.Be passionate about helping clients.Be a problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail to produce high quality work.Display a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm and conscientiousness.Be a team player and ability to form relationships easily internally and externally.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have a valid driver's licence.To join our team, please click 'Apply Now' today – we are waiting to meet with you!
