The Opportunity The District Revenue Manager is responsible for providing an advisory support service to facilities in relation to patient fee revenue generation within the Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and legislation.
Providing accurate and timely revenue performance information, analysis and reports including maintaining and updating a reporting framework containing key revenue benchmarks and metrics, to all relevant stakeholders, including Ministry of Health, Board, Finance & Performance Committee, Chief Executive and members of the LHD Executive.
About You Do you have relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation.
Can you demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret and report on complex data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision making.
You will need to have excellent communication, analytical and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes.

MNCLHD provides a diverse range of services to a population of approximately 215,000 people.
It has a workforce of 4,694 across seven hospital sites and 12 Community Health Centres.
This is a Category A position.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance or related discipline or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor and evaluate policies, procedures and standards in the identification, management and achievement of Revenue targets.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret and report on complex data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
This will be supported by a proven ability to build, lead, and motivate the team, ensuring accountability and alignment with budgetary objectives.
Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people.
Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services.
Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills.
Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets).
Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required.
