Supervising the work of the workshop teamto ensure timely completion of jobs Providing support and guidance to thetechnicians as needed Assistance with time estimates whenquotes are being prepared Preparation of quotes and liaison withcustomers Liaising with customers to understandtheir needs and provide updates on the status of their vehicles, whenrequired Contributing to the continuousimprovement of workshop operations and processes Whatwe're looking for
