Full time, continuing opportunity lead the design, development, operations and ensure the integrity and safeguarding of the University's systems, data and resources through identity and access management systems.
Offering a competitive remuneration package including 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Manager, Identity and Access Management is responsible for the operational management of the University's identity and access management systems and solutions.
This role will lead the design, development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and innovation to ensure the integrity and safeguarding of the University's systems, data and resources.
Your key responsibilities will be to: lead the internal Identity and Access Management team and collaborate with the broader ICT team, Shared Services Centre (SSC) and any third-party service providers to integrate and improve identity management solutions lead the design and development of the University's identity and access management systems and solutions and ensure alignment to both the University's goals and objectives and ICT strategies, plans and objectives contribute to the development of the University & strategic ICT infrastructure and security plans specifically supporting identity and access management infrastructure provide leadership to staff in the Identity and Access Management team by fostering a positive work culture that embraces collaboration and facilitates the alignment of behaviour and direction required to achieve key objectives review the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes and activities and identify and implement improvements to enable continuous improvement, working closely with other teams to deliver and support change initiatives.
About you postgraduate qualifications - in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation or higher qualification experience in people management, including managing staff performance and development knowledge of identity and access management technical domain and in service management process development previous experience in monitoring, analysing and reporting on systems performance strong understanding of Identity Management principles such as source of truth , authentication, authorisation, identity federation.
