We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to lead and manage our ICT and Cyber Security Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing ICT and Cyber security initiatives, creating and maintaining a professional, innovative, and future-focused ICT capability for Busselton Water.
What you'll be doing/selection criteria Developing and implementing the ICT strategic plan to align with the overall business strategy.Leading and managing the ICT team to deliver high-quality, reliable and secure technology solutions.Overseeing the procurement, deployment and maintenance of hardware, software and networks.Ensuring ICT systems, policies and procedures comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.Providing expert advice and guidance to Executive and Board on technology-related matters.Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity through technology.Monitoring and reporting on ICT performance metrics to support continuous improvement.Establishing and promoting positive relationships with key stakeholders.Developing and monitoring annual ICT Operational and Capital Budgets.Planning and delivering/facilitating ICT and Cyber Security training for the whole organisation.What we're looking for A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Significant experience in all facets of IT, including systems applications, business intelligence, networking, cyber security, database administration, hardware software and cloud computing.Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational ICT leadership and management including financial and budgetary experience, procurement, vendor management and asset management.Proven ability to lead and manage a team of ICT professionals.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.What we offer Busselton Water is a trusted provider of high-quality water services to the local community.
