Mentor and develop a high-performing ICT team. Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business needs. Manage ICT budgets efficiently and drive innovation through new technologies. Skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years in ICT leadership, managing data systems. Expertise in ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity. Skilled in cloud platforms, network architecture, and data systems. Experience in IoT environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and security standards. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, waterfall).
