Human Resources, Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are looking for a Manager to join their team. This role requires you to lead strategic human resource initiatives to enhance organisational performance and workforce capability within the organization, while supporting the Executive Director in shaping the strategic direction for people and culture. Provide leadership across various Human Resources activities, including policy and planning, industrial relations, workforce planning, and compliance reporting, while offering specialist advice to senior management on contemporary HR issues.

About the Role Provide expert advice and recommendations to the executive management team regarding high level complex organisational change, and propose and lead the delivery of associated responses, including industrial strategy and negotiations.Lead and then manage innovative establishment and monitoring of systems which provide feedback about standards of performance to ensure that the executive leadership group are fully informed in relation to key areas of risk and opportunity to achieve best practice performance of its workforce.As a member of the MSAMHS Executive, provide authoritative and strategic advice and recommendations, support, briefings and reports to the MSAMHS Executive about workforce strategies including high level complex organisational change, and propose and lead the delivery of associated responses, including industrial strategy and negotiations.Define, maintain and ensure MSAMHS people strategy aligns to MSH people objectives to effectively position and leverage opportunities associated with the major expansion of public health services which includes direction, industrial strategy and negotiations.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
