Child Welfare, Youth & Family Services (Community Services & Development) Salary package of up to $150,000 (Inc $133k Base +11.5% super and $15,900 Sal Pac Benefits)Our opportunity We have a rare opportunity for a new leader to join our leadership team as the Manager Home Based Care.
This role will oversee our Foster Care, Kinship Care, Adoption and Permanent Care programs, undertaking the effective recruitment and ongoing support for quality carers who provide safe and nurturing homes for children and young people who are no longer able to live with their birth families.
This role will provide strong leadership across a dedicated team of practitioners working to support young people and families.
It will drive quality outcomes, performance, and compliance to enable quality services for all who work with Cafs.

This role will drive positive culture, performance, and outcomes across a range of out-of-home care programs.
You will inspire connection and collaboration amongst the team, driving improved performance and compliance across our variety of programs.
You will have demonstrated experience in program management and driving positive outcomes across a complex work unit.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within out-of-home care programs within the community services sector.
Our successful candidates will hold the below skills and attributes: Relevant tertiary degree in Community Services, Social Work or related discipline.
Strong leadership experience paired with leadership and/or qualification would be highly advantageous (highly desired).Demonstrated leadership experience, leading and supporting multi-disciplined teams (mandatory).Home Based Care program experience (Highly desired).Strong and authentic interpersonal skills with experience building and supporting high functioning teams.Alignment to Cafs values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Kindness & Innovation.QUALIFICATIONS Relevant tertiary degree in Community Services, Social Work or related discipline.
