You will lead and manage the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT)'s strategic HSW program, driving continuous improvement and fostering cultural change. You'll play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to senior managers and leaders, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.Reporting to the Director, People and Culture (P&C) with one direct report, you will maintain the Safety Management System (SMS), lead impactful HSW projects and build comprehensive wellbeing programs.
