Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment)Government - State (Government & Defence)As the Manager – Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), you'll be at the forefront of fostering a safe and thriving workplace. You will lead and manage the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT)'s strategic HSW program, driving continuous improvement and fostering cultural change. You'll play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to senior managers and leaders, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.Reporting to the Director, People and Culture (P&C) with one direct report, you will maintain the Safety Management System (SMS), lead impactful HSW projects and build comprehensive wellbeing programs. This integral role entails cultivating internal and external key stakeholder relationships, developing user-friendly workforce data management systems, reporting on health and safety trends and championing a sustainable safety culture across all units.This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Brisbane office.
