Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities Overall responsibility for the leadership management of Strategy, Innovation and Growth team Provide the EGM of Professional Practice with clear data-informed advice and validated pathways for program development and transformation Lead and give strategic direction on the operations and future opportunities ensuring all programs align with the overall mission and strategic goals of PP and RACP Develop portfolio-wide strategies that advance the quality and relevance of professional practice standards and PP programs across specialties Develop strategic partnerships to drive improvements in programs and help PP programs innovate, finding new opportunities Work with programs to ensure effective implementation Devise and implement activities to support building a culturally safe college. Build and grow relationships with external partners, providers and relevant stakeholders to improve opportunities in the market and improve the effectiveness of the PP Team Oversee the operational delivery of programs led by individual program heads, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives Provide new opportunities for professional development and on-line learning offerings of the College using quality performance and assessment measures Ensure programs are 'best practice' using contemporary approaches and delivery methods, including performance standards and the mechanisms to track these Manage the development of technology to support the administration and delivery of programs Develop and define the specifications for the information and communications technology system recording professional development to ensure relevant and timely progress information for Fellows and demonstrate compliance with the regulator. Ensures quality and experience levels are maintained and grow over time across programs Business and commercial management to maximise organisational value from programs and operations Build capability for the PP Team to innovate and continuously improve programs Ensure the College's continued accreditation with the AMC & MCNZ Ensure innovation and program development is compliant with AMC/MCNZ regulatory standards by meeting conditions and reporting requirements. Meet obligations as a CPD home and excede regulatory compliance to grow unique organisational and member value Track performance and improve measurement approaches over time to improve understanding and insight Works with the Executive Team and Portfolio Team to improve the PP division's performance, and the performance across the PP Team Responsible for priortised resource allocation to achieve best outcomes Desired Skills and Experience A senior leadership role in professional education, medical college or professional association Experience in complex innovation programs Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leading programs that involve professional learning, development, certification or CPD Strategic leadership experience Program management experience overseeing multiple programs simultaneously Experience in overseeing accreditation and regulatory compliance programs A strong track record in managing budgets, resources and staff across large and complex programs Stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience Experience in leading organisational transformations to improve quality and prevalence of data-informed decision making To apply, please submit your CV and short cover letter latest by 12 November 2024.
