Manager - Group Marketing

Reporting to the Head of Retail and Marketing, your role is to know who we are and what our customers want, converting this into compelling communications and operational actions to:
Launch and sell multi-residential apartments and Solana Lifestyle Resort houses;Rent residential properties that we manage;Lease shopping centres and position them in their communities;Raise private capital; andPosition and protect the Stockwell Brand.What you will need to succeed in this role: Have a degree in communications or marketing.Have worked in property.Have an innate understanding of marketing: product, price, promotion, place and people.Can translate the customer journey into operational actions.Have managed people to deliver KPIs and grow their skills and experience.Delivered multiple projects to time and budget objectives.Have broad experience with multiple marketing systems and design technologies.What is on offer: Stockwell is a leading private property business.
