Total Remuneration ValueFull Time Contract (4 Years)5 Weeks Annual LeaveThe Role The Fleet Services team manage a range of Mobile Plant from small assets such as line trimmers and mowers to our Light Fleet vehicles and Heavy Plant.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is an opportunity to positively influence not only the Business Unit, but also the wider Organisation.
Partner with the Director and your team to optimise Fleet Services operations, increase service levels and customer satisfaction, and be part of ensuring we achieve our operational goals.
About You Renowned for your proven people leadership and customer relationship management skills, you possess relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in Mobile Plant, Fleet, or Asset Management within a large complex organisation.
You can demonstrate comprehensive experience in project management and project delivery.
A well-developed understanding and utilization of Whole of Life Asset Management principles and methodologies is imperative, as well as proven experience developing, implementing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Additionally, you must also have a current C class drivers' licence.
