The purpose of the role is to provide strategic, operational leadership and direction in the day-to-day management of Support Services (Patient Support Services, Protective Services and Administration) across Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals ensuring high standards of safety for staff, clients and visitors through compliance with the MNHHS policies.Lead Facility and Support Services' staff by promoting a customer service culture, quality improvement ethos, maintaining awareness of contemporary industry practices and technologies including ACHS and National Standards and by establishing project implementation rigor and best practice.Work collaboratively with peers as a member of the Caboolture Hospital Leadership team to effectively manage Facility and Support Services.About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
