This position can also work from primary sites in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport, as well as remote locations and home-based setups. As our Logistics Services Manager (encompassing Facilities, Fleet and Stores), you will have an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our multi-million-dollar facilities management contract. You will manage stakeholder engagement, upskilling our existing team on new processes and educating the wider TasWater team on the innovations implemented in the facilities, fleet and inventory management spaces. The experience that will help you succeed in this role will be; Demonstrated, extensive experience in managing contracts and contractors, Previous experience in overseeing logistics services, especially those of a large fleet and statewide organisation, Demonstrated experience in understanding, implementing and leading change principles and functions; specifically logistics services strategies, Demonstrated experience in people leadership. The Details This role is available statewide and attracts a salary commencing at $154 – 182,000 (inclusive of superannuation) dependent on experience.
