Leadership of strategic and operational issues relating to the analysis and evaluation of organisational clinical performance, trends and outcomes. Ensure accurate data is available in a timely manager to support executives, operational managers and clinicians in the provision of appropriate safe and high quality services for patients within the South Australian public dental system. The ongoing development of information systems and databases that contribute to SA Dental achieving its strategic and operational requirements. What you will need for success Highly effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely to a broad group of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing complex management information systems including the extraction, analysis, interpretation and reporting of complex data and information. Demonstrated experience in research and analysis. Knowledge of relevant Government policies and/or best practice methods with respect to collection, storage, management and release of health data and personal information.
