Manager, Employee Relations and InvestigationsWe are supporting our esteemed client in recruiting a Manager, Employee Relations and Investigations to join their high-performing team. As part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role provides strategic leadership, expert advice, and drives change across enterprise agreements, investigations, and workplace relations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a high-performing ER and Investigations team, offering strategic guidance on workforce and industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, and complex investigations;Provide expertise in performance management, grievances, and industrial relations;Oversee investigations, case management, and dispute resolution, ensuring regulatory compliance;Drive strategic decision-making, planning, and alignment with organisational goals on agreements and awards;Ensure compliance with employment law, reduce legal risks, and maintain current policies and procedures;Develop and implement an Employee Relations Strategy to foster engagement and align with organisational priorities;Collaborate on organisational change initiatives and liaise with unions as needed; andActively contribute as a leader within the ER and Investigations team to foster a high performing culture.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a technical expert, with a master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field—or extensive experience in a similar discipline. You will have solid experience managing a team and delegating workloads. You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a unionised environment, negotiating with unions and creating commercial, enterprise-wide strategies. You will be able to make strong relationships with stakeholders, to ensure strategies meet the business needs and have a strong commercial lens.
