Responsibilities:Lead and provide expertise to personal banking's new visualisation centre of excellenceOwn and lead the design and delivery of personal banking target state dashboard ecosystemUse your Data Visualisation proficiency to meet and exceed customers and business needsAs a Manager of Data Visualisation in the Digital, Data and Analytics division, you will:Own and lead the design and delivery of PB's target state dashboard ecosystemDeliver best-in-class dashboards for Senior Executive audience, with drill down and click through capabilitiesManage delivery of analytics and reporting in accordance with requirements, estimated velocity or agreed SLAsLeverage insights from data to anticipate future requirements to support decision makingWork with Enterprise Data & Analytics and business stakeholders to develop a roadmap for transition of legacy data solutions to target statesInfluence prioritisation of backlog and business adoption of analytics and insights, ensuring alignment with business strategic objectives and goals.What you will bring:Extensive experience as a data visualisation specialistDemonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver best-in-class Management Information assets for Executive level audiencesProven ability to analyse data and present it in an effective and meaningful mannerExperience in communicating with and influencing executives and stakeholdersProficiency with Data Visualization Tools and best practice (Power BI essential) and interactive UX and Dashboard Design Tools (Figma essential)Proven knowledge of Colour Theory and Graphic Design Principles, as well as creative design and aestheticsExtensive experience in Database Querying and Data Management (SQL)Demonstrated experience as a storyteller with Data and Narrative DevelopmentStrong Critical Thinking and Analytical Reasoning experienceExceptional Communication and Presentation Skills as well as attention to detailDemonstrated experience of your excellence in Collaboration and Team WorkStrong ability to apply empathy and follow a user-centric focusProven examples of being an active listener and applying feedback integrationExperience in being results focused & takes initiative to meet/exceed customer and business needs and expectations
