What you'll be doing The Manager Corporate Partnering is responsible for managing the shared service partner model for the delivery of key corporate service functions across the Cancer Institute NSW. Working closely with the Pillar Shared Services teams across the Ministry of Health and HealthShare NSW, this role leads a team in building change management and continuous improvement for the provision of partner services to support the organisational delivery of key strategic outcomes. The position takes a lead role in managing key relationships across the Institute and manages the service agreements with the shared services to ensure key performance requirements are met and a quality assurance and continuous improvement approach to the delivery of corporate services across the Institute is established and maintained.
In this role, you will be required to:
Lead the Corporate Partnering team to support the achievement of the strategic goals and corporate service requirements of the Cancer Institute, with a particular focus on achieving high performance outcomes.Provide leadership and direction to effectively manage operational issues and ensure efficient service delivery.Develop, implement and maintain effective communication and change management processes to ensure information is disseminated throughout the organisation.Work with stakeholders to lead the design and implementation of organisational frameworks and processes for corporate services and partnership models.Lead a team in the delivery of a reliable and efficient partnership model for corporate services.Manage and oversee the service agreements with the Ministry of Health and HealthShare NSW.Establish and lead an ongoing quality assurance program for continuous improvement of business partnering and shared services.Build and maintain effective and influential working relationships with Cancer Institute stakeholders.Prepare a range of strategic and operational documents as required.For your application to be considered To submit your application, please provide:
