It's all part of the way we partner with the community to help every individual lead a healthy life.About the role:The Manager, Core Functions and Community, Service System Design – Adult and Older Adult leads a team progressing the design of community-based mental health and wellbeing services, in response to key recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. The objective of this work is to establish holistic services, delivered in community settings, near to where people live.This role would suit a high performing candidate with a passion for system design and improvement, a sense of curiosity and a delivery-focused mindset. It requires systems thinking, excellent communication skills and a drive to improve experiences for consumers, carers and healthcare staff.
