We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager Community Services to join our team based at Resthaven Marion. This is a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Community Services & Retirement Living through the Senior Operations Manager Community Services, this is a key role to Resthaven ensuring the provision of high-quality, cost-effective service outcomes for older people. You will run the leadership and program direction for the organisation, including stakeholder management involving all aspects of Human Resources management, property, WHS, risk management, community relationships and business development. It is essential that you have a current driver's licence and be able to work outside of normal hours based on business needs.
