This role is designed to support the Community Engagement and Growth (CEG) team across a range of initiatives to maximise enrolments, ensure sustainable relationships, and drive a focus on the continual improvement and effectiveness of our schools. This role would suit a project manager with educational leadership and strategic planning experience. The CEG team is focused on ensuring alignment with the mission and values of the Catholic Church and the educational goals of MACS. WHAT YOU WILL DO Community Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, parish communities, and local organisations, to foster a supportive environment for students Strategic Planning: Develop and execute community engagement strategies that promote the values and mission of MACS, focusing on growth and the nurturing of a faith-based educational community Communication: Manage communication channels to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging to the community, including social media, newsletters, and events Event Management: Organise and oversee community events that bring together the various stakeholders, enhancing the connection between schools and their communities Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within MACS, such as marketing, education, and pastoral care, to ensure cohesive community engagement efforts ABOUT YOU Proven experience in developing and implementing community engagement strategies that successfully connect diverse stakeholders, including families, local communities, educational institutions, religious entities and partner organisations Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance community involvement and support the growth of the educational and spiritual mission of MACS Experience in using data-driven approaches to assess and refine community engagement activities Proven ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams, including education, marketing, and pastoral care, to ensure a unified approach to community engagement Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully planning, coordinating, and executing community events and initiatives within a defined timeframe HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
