As we navigate through NDIS reforms, we're seeking a dedicated leader to manage our Victorian Disability business. If you have a commitment to excellence and a drive to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview As the Key Relationship Person, you will own business development and have oversight of the operations whilst working collaboratively across the national established brand. Your role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive business development plan that includes business expansion opportunities and strategies to drive future sales growth through an increased client base. You will support the development and implementation of innovative growth strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue.
Additionally, you will identify and execute business improvements in areas such as customer service, sales, and service offerings, aiming to expand market presence and profitability for McArthur. Operationally you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of NDIS services, ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements, and leading a team to deliver exceptional participant outcomes. This role will focus on building operational efficiency, service delivery quality, and driving growth.
The Person We are looking for a strategic and critical thinker with the ability to manage complex operations, inspire your team, and exceed expectations. You should have an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and its operational framework, including NDIS plans, budgets, funding utilisation, and service options. Understanding the target NDIS audience, market opportunities, and effective outreach channels is crucial for planning future growth and adding value. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, along with natural interpersonal abilities, are essential.
You should also possess exceptional written communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy, and working in a position of trust, are paramount.
Responsibilities will be split into 70% relationship building and connection and 30% operational.This will suit an experienced Manager who has strong leadership capability, experience in cementing processes and driving growth and who is connected to key stakeholders. NDIS technical knowledge is paramount.
