About the role
The Clinical Governance and Innovation team is accountable for clinical standards and compliance, clinical evaluation, and innovative projects.
The Manager Clinical Learning and Development provides leadership, clinical oversight, management, professional guidance, and support for professional development and capacity building within Rehabilitation and Reintegration. The branch comprises staff of various professional qualifications and experience, undertaking risk and needs assessments and rehabilitation intervention services of offenders of varying complexity.
This position manages, advises, promotes, and coordinates the delivery of professional development training and activities for clinical staff, staff on internships, and students on placement, and contributes to continuous improvement within the branch.

To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia. An approved Social Work qualification and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). The position holder must hold a current and valid 'C' or 'C-A' class driver's licence or equivalent. The position holder may be required to travel within Western Australia for operational purposes.
