Initial contract 06/01/2025 to 30/06/2025 with possible extension paying from $1100/day.Brisbane City Fringe Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.Our client, a large complex healthcare organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Manager, Change, Engagement & Communications for a Digital Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be innovative and adept at problem-solving. PurposeThe purpose of the Manager, Change, Engagement & Communications role is to lead the implementation of the change program for the statewide Digital Transformation Program. Working with the existing tested program change and engagement framework, the role will be required to lead and manage the implementation of the change, engagement, and communication frameworks, lead the development of detailed plans, and manage the team of change and clinical specialists.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the creation of program-wide change management frameworks and plans to ensure change activities are identified, scheduled, and managed across the lifecycle of the program.Provide expert and strategic change management advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.Provide specialised knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to digital information systems and business transformation, to improve the likelihood of success in achieving the program's objectives.Lead and manage the Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions, and business readiness activities relating to new supporting business models, business processes, and technical solution-related changes.Work collaboratively with key business and program stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials, and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce, and sustain transformational change.Manage and implement methodologies and approaches required to identify and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication activities such as briefing notes and reports to the relevant Governance Boards.Represent the program as required in high-level and often complex communications, collaboration, negotiations, and other interactions with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.Mentor a team of change leads/officers and other project staff in the areas of change management to enable the quality implementation of the delivery program.The position reports to the Senior Program Director, Digital Transformation Program. The number of direct reports is 4.
Essential RequirementsProven success and high-level experience in transformational change management and leadership, including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training within a large, complex statewide program/project environment.Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation, and evaluation of change management strategies, tools, and artefacts in a large-scale complex program/project environment.Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation, and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities.Experience with large-scale project or change implementations would be highly regarded.To submit your application, in strict confidence, please submit your resume in Word Format using the appropriate link quoting reference No. 242080.
