Take a quick look at "Living and Working" in the Far West.What you'll be doing Facilitate the co-design, development and implementation of strategies aimed at coordinating participation from consumers, families and carers involved in MHDA services for improved service planning and delivery Input on policy and processes within the MHDA services to ensure active consumer and carer engagement is had at all levels of service Coordinate and manage the Family and Carer Mental Health Program and family sensitive practice initiatives across the LHD Provide line management to the Consumer Engagement Coordinator MHDA and the additional positions as required. Work closely with consumers, families and carers to identify their needs and assist them to provide input into into the development of mental health and drug and alcohol service delivery through a variety of methods including Participant Story Collection. Lead and facilitate the MHDA Consumer and Carer Action Group (CCAG). Participate in the development and strategic management of the peer workforce, including mentoring, training, supervision and support. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant organizations to improve service integration and enhance continuity of care for consumers, families and carers of MHDA services.
