Kelly+Partners is committed to providing learning and development opportunities for all our team, ensuring that you would have the resources and training to support you on this journey.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner.Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value.Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs.Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts.Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients.Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events.Help provide exceptional service to our clients.About YouMinimum of 6-8 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar.Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.About the companyWe help you manage all your business accounting and financial needs.
