Mills Recruitment has been engaged by a trusted client to partner with them in the recruitment of a Tax/Advisory Manager to join their accounting practice on a permanent basis.
Due to recent growth in the client portfolio and structural changes, the firm is looking to bring onboard an experienced Manager to engage with and manage the tax compliance reporting of a client portfolio comprising of businesses from numerous industry sectors with varied turnover.

Role and responsibilities: Handling complex compliance work including but not limited to preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.Managing and reviewing BAS, CGT and FBT.Assisting with conducting tax planning with clients requiring exceptional communication skills.Preparing cash flow forecasts, researching tax matters where required and assisting in the preparation of annual client budgets.Liaising with and building relationships with staff, clients, the ATO and other bodies as relevant and required.Providing advice to a large and varied client base. Managing and monitoring staff performance and reviews and conducting training sessions.
